Labs... Genetic Testing...
Mental Health?

Physical health most can understand, but mental health?

Is it not all in your head!!?? There are actually chemicals off in your body relating to your mood. Even your pain makes more sense as there’s a connection to your mood.

Labs can show why your mental and physical health are off. You can even see the connection with genetic testing. There are a number of issues that can be determined that can cause your body to struggle with what I can see with these tests. I can help you get answers and learn ways to correct the imbalances.

We can look at all pieces that can be optimized. We can evaluate what is in range and at what could be improved, optimized, to ultimately improve your health.

What do lab and genetic testing tackle?

Tests include vital components to what underlies and impacts your mood. These include such things as vitamin and mineral levels, cortisol, hormones, inflammation markers, insulin levels, genetic markers, etc.

At a physiological level when these are off, they can have a negative impact on neurotransmitters and thus mood. These can give us answers to what specifically needs to be addressed.

There are many tests that can be performed. When you come in, we discuss what the concerns are and what would be the best tests for you. Yes, there are brain health panels and five pillars of health transformation panels, but we could choose what tests we want to run.

What about the genetic test?

Gene SNP tests 48 genes and 61 snps. These cover areas such as mental health, weight, heart, blood sugar, detoxification, immunity, and nutrients. You will find out such things as the best type of diet for you, best type of exercise, what nutrients you may struggle to take in, cardiovascular risk, diabetes risk, if you struggle to detox, etc.

What if I don’t have mental health struggles? What if I just want to address physical concerns?

Whether or not you have physical or emotional struggles, we can explore either or both!
