The use of essential oils to support the body naturally

“I take in a deep breath of lavender essential oil, and my body just starts to relax.”

Thank goodness for essential oils. They are nature’s little tool box to support the body when feeling anxious, depressed, panicked, sad, overwhelmed, lack of energy, and even when feeling like you’re on eggshells.

So much more than perfume…

Essential oils are not just a scent like a perfume. Essential oils interact with the body and stimulate different types of reactions to assist in either calming or stimulating the body. They are a “nature’s intended” means to soothe the chemicals in the brain that are creating an imbalance in moods.

Imagine you start to feel anxious, but you remember that you have a tool box of essential oils. In your tool box, you have a few essential oil bottles. Some are to relax you, some to perk your mood – and one scent because you LOVE the smell of it as it brings you peace.

You also have inhalers, lip balms, and rollers to choose from. If you’re heading to work, you utilize the roller, so you can put the scent on throughout the day.

Keeping it simple but effective

Aromatherapy can be an easy go-to for an immediate impact on your mood. This is a natural way to help support your mental health.
